Our Donkeys

Our Wonderful Donkeys. Although we have livestock guardian dogs with our sheep. The Donkeys patrol the remainder of the property. Since donkeys don't like canines especially  they help chase off any coyotes they come across. These girls live a wonderful life roaming 94 acres. They love treats, and a good loving. Donkeys are hilarious, they remind me of little rebellious children! They're smart. They know where I hide the treats in the side by side. As soon as you turn your back they're trying to sneak into the bag, and help themselves. They make doing chores fun, and they always make us laugh. They go wherever we go, and follow us as we do chores looking for loves and brushes.

At some point I'd love to have some babies... but for now we just enjoy these girls.
