Milk Cows

Every homestead needs a milk cow. We have a Jersey named Belle who tested positive for the A2/A2 gene! We get her milk tested from Udder Health Diagnostics. We use the Simple Pulse milk machine which has a fine filter in the lid, so the milk is filtered before it enters into the milk jar. We practice cleanliness when it comes to milking our cow to ensure a quality product. We try and raise her as natural as we can.
